what a week! i'm tired as, and there's still things to do before this year ends. road to freedom is over.. and even though the place wasn't full, it's not always about the quantity. if 1 person was saved that night.. that's all that matters. it was a very long long day, very tiring, especially for a few of the guys - helping out from the morning. even though things didn't go according to plan, it still was a success in His eyes.
i had a chat with jess the other night.. and we were looking at our lives. have we done what we were supposed to do? have we serve Him with everything that we have? are we placing Him at the top of our list? well i just got a whack in the head from ci esther about having the right heart.. getting caught up + tired, doesn't give us a reason to not give 100%. something that i'm trying to fix is my timing.. i guess that's why He placed me in event management. in the past year i've been working in event management, He's taught me little by little how to manage things, how to organise things, how to priorities and i've realised that in this past year, He's given me more responsibilities + has pushed me to my limits. i can't say that i've been happy every single day.. but i'm glad He put me through it all.
